Terry began his career in the glass and glazing industry in 1985 and has built a reputation as one of the most experienced and trusted professionals in the Omaha area. With expertise spanning all types of commercial glass and aluminum work, Terry specializes in frameless ½” and ⅜” shower doors and enclosures, glass walls, and custom mirrors. As the founder of Precision Glass & Glazing in 2004, Terry has over 20 years of project management experience and is currently serving as the company’s Lead Estimator as he transitions toward retirement. With over 40 years of hands-on industry experience, Terry remains the go-to expert for metal-framed and frameless glass partitions, as well as high-quality mirror fabrication and installation.

Chance brings a well-rounded background in welding, field installation, and commercial glazing to his role at Precision Glass & Glazing. After gaining hands-on experience managing projects in the field, he joined PGG in 2015 as a foreman and quickly transitioned into a leadership role where he now plays a key role in project management and estimating. Chance’s current responsibilities span across several critical functions—managing projects from start to finish, generating accurate estimates, drafting detailed shop drawings, and handling material procurement. He also oversees front-end fabrication prep, including frame size adjustments, cut lists, and coordination with the shop. With a deep understanding of both installation and planning, Chance ensures every job runs efficiently, meets the highest quality standards, and is built to last. His expertise makes him a cornerstone of our operations and a trusted partner for clients and contractors.
